Lowongan Kerja PT Armada Johnson Controls (www.ajc.co.id) is a world class automotive component manufacturing company located in Bekasi & Cikampek. Due to its business growth, currently we are seeking the following positions:


1. Director of Finance and Administration
Will be responsible for both day to day activities of the finance & administration functions but also have the ability to provide strategic directions to the organization to meet long term goals of the company. A Charted accountant with professional exp in manufacturing organization, hands on working knowledge of ERPs, leading IT teams will be needed.

2. Industrial Relations Mgr/Asst Mgr
Expr in Handling Industrial Relation, dealing with union & Estab systems, policy and procedure, good understanding gov regulations

3. Commercial & Business Development Mgr/Asst Mgr
Responsible identify new business opportunities both non traditional/traditional products & understanding product costing

4. Manufacturing Engineer Asst Manager
Exp in manufacturing process control such as PEMEA, Ctrl Plan, APQP, SC & SPC. Good knowledge in welding, fixture & ISO/TS 16949

5. Supplier Quality Engineer
Deep understanding on quality process control tools such a F-MEA, Crtl Plan, Special
Characteristic, SPC, Supplier Dev process & new project development

Work location: (1,2,3,5) in Bekasi and (4 ) in Cikampek. Required min 15 yrs exp (Dir level) & 5 yrs exp (Mgr level) in automotive industry.
