(SSS), seeks a high quality individual to fill a vacant position for the newly established Secretariat for the INA-RESPOND Network the INA-RESPOND, Network is a collaboration of the National Institute of Health Research and Development (NIHRD), Republic of Indonesia; the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health, USA; and selected universities and hospitals across Indonesia.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Director of Operations has full responsibility for the management of the SSS Jakarta Office, which functions as the INA-RESPOND Secretariat. She/He is accountable to the INA-RESPOND Network Steering Committee and reports to SSS Project Manager. She/He should have medical or related degree (Master or PhD is preferred) and 5 years of experience in clinical research operation with financial/business management. Work experience in Indonesia and fluent in English and Indonesian is a must. The following skills are required: Competently manage a very heavy workload and multiple competing priorities; Demonstrate high level of clinical research technical skills, proficiency in project planning and management, experience in preparation and management of protocol and in the leadership and financial management of international clinical research projects, expertise in US Federal contracting practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent decision-making abilities, excellent supervisory and staff management skills.
