LEGAL & COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
Financial Crime, Legal & Compliance - Manager (Code: FLC)

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and directing Financial Crime function to protect the Company's interests from a legal and regulatory standpoint.
• Providing advice and guidance to Head of Legal & Compliance pertaining to litigation cases and financial crime issues.
• Ensuring compliance, at all times, with Anti Money Laundering laws and regulations inclusive Prudential Group Policy, Regional Compliance Standard, Anti Fraud policy and more.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law and Masters Degree in Law would be preferable.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Law Firm or Legal & Compliance department of multi national life insurance company or banking, having extensive exposure on anti money laundering, anti fraud, litigation and a like.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compliance Assurance Management & Reporting - Officer (Code: CMR)
Responsibilities:

• The candidate is also expected to ensure the Company meets various guidelines, policies and directives promulgated by the Government, and other related regulation as well as head office/regional policies.
• In addition, the candidate is responsible in preparing and delivering various compliance related reports, and analysis pertaining to the business of the Company.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Management/Finance/Accounting/Law from reputable University.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as auditor/legal officer.
• Preferably having experience as compliance officer in a multi national life insurance company or other financial institution.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compliance Assurance - Assistant Manager (Code: CAM)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to coordinate compliance assurance review and monitor activities of the procedures and process in both sales and internal activities.
• In addition, the candidate will provide various compliance assurance recommendations to Manager – Compliance Assurance and Head of Legal & Compliance and review various policy and correspondences for internal and external parties including sales & marketing tools.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 4-5 years working experience as an auditor or compliance.
• Preferably having life insurance audit exposure.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

CORPORATE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Brand & Communication Compliance - Manager (Code: BC)
Responsibilities:

• Assist the company in implementing the Brand & Communications Guidelines internally and externally and making sure that guidelines are always used, update and in line with regional & head office compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law or other related discipline with minimum 7 years experience in communications or other related fields.
• Have some background experience on legal and compliance.

INTERNAL AUDIT
Principal Auditor - Manager (Code: PAM)
Responsibilities:

• Assist Management by giving assurance and identifying opportunities for improvement in processes arid controls.
• Leading or supporting the lead auditor with the delivery of audits on an assignment basis across the Prudential Group.
• Support the process of reviewing evidence of delivery against recommendations through to closure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with a minimum 3 years in Internal Audit role. Management experience is an advantage. Recognized audit or accounting qualification.

ACTUARIAL
Actuarial Pricing - Manager (Code: APM)
Responsibilities:

• Manages a team within the Actuarial Pricing function to support the departments pricing and reinsurance responsibilities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics with minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably have knowledge of Prophet Software and have passed ASAI of FSAI exams.

PARTNERSHIP DISTRIBUTION
Quality Assurance Partnership Distribution - Manager (Code: QAM)
Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Intervention strategies for internal sales and sales managers. Develop and implement Partnership Distribution's own quality metrics dashboard. Establish Partnership Distribution sales advisory standards of conduct for internal sales employee, to eventually become basis of Sales Quality Assurance and monitoring.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Statistics/Finance/Mathematics with minimum 6 years working experience in Insurance Industry.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SYARIAH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Campaign Manager (Code: CM)
Responsibilities:

• Initiating, developing and managing direct response marketing campaigns to acquire new customer and to cross and up-sell existing customers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Marketing with minimum 8 years experience in marketing campaigns, Customer Marketing and/or related Direct Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Value Management and analysis.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
IT Security - Manager (Code: ISM)
Responsibilities:

• Perform overall IT security systems including infrastructure, applications, and databases. Responsible for management, implementation and monitoring of key IT Security controls in accordance with the Regional Head Office IT Security Policy and the associated Procedures and Standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum 7 years in Information Security, Business Continuity, IT and Risk Management.
• Having professional certification (CISA, etc) would be an advantage.

IT Quality Assurance – Manager (Code: IQA)
Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the quality of IT system before delivering to users, and also ensure that the IT system complies with the policies and procedures set.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer science or engineering, with minimum 7 years relevant of experience in IT Quality Assurance, Information Security, IT and Risk Management.

Business Analyst - Manager (Code: BA)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide users to support business needs by identifying the needs and timely delivery of appropriate solutions for Life Asia system and non Life Asia System.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer science with minimum 6 years experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Experienced in using AS400 or Life Asia system.
• Knowledge in COBOL or SMART or others language is an added advantage.
• Life Insurance experience is advantageous

Infrastructure Project Management - Manager (Code: ITPM)
Responsibilities:

• Managing various IT Infrastructure projects and supporting user business needs by identifying the needs and timely delivery of appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science with minimum 5 years in IT field and having 2 years experiences in managing medium to large scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Having knowledge in IT life cycle framework, business case development and project management would be an advantage.

IT Project Admin - Senior Officer (Code: PA)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Monitoring, tracking, reporting on all IT projects. Maintaining all IT assets, licenses, maintenance agreement, etc.
• Generate and share the IT project delivery weekly and monthly reports from IT program management system to users.
• Manage IT training framework and database.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Management with minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance budgeting and general management.
• Have finance background with some background in MIS and report generation for tracking budgets/project delivery. Some exposure to Computer systems and MIS aspects.
• Knowledge in COBOL or SMART or others language is an added advantage
• Life Insurance experience is advantageous.
