Lowongan Kerja, Take your Culinary Skills to the Skies for our Boeing 777-300ER First Class Service. Garuda Indonesia, the national airline of Indonesia and recently awarded World's Best
Regional Airline by Skytrax Research, is seeking qualified Chefs to be Inflight Chefs on our Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The successful person(s) need to have good English communication and interpersonal skills and willing to be part of our First Class Cabin Crew.


First Class Cabin Crew

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present 5 Star cuisines to First Class passengers with the utmost care and attention to detail.
• Ensure all areas of the Galley are clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
• Must be able to interact with Passengers with confidence information on the First Class menu.
• Work as a key member of the First Class Cabin Crew as required.
• Build rapport with passengers aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible about work rosters that may vary to due to ever changing business needs and staffing situations.
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and personal grooming at all times.

Skills & Basic Qualifications:
• Experience at a 5 Star Hotel or Restaurant as a Chef de Partie is desirable.
• Internationally recognized Chef Apprenticeship or Journeyman qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Prior Health & Safety training is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and as a part of a team reporting to the Flight Service Manager (FSM).
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and reliability.
• Must be enthusiastic and customer focused.
