We have three manufacturing plants in Semarang and Surabaya, we have an immediate requirement for a:


COUNTRY HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Semarang / Surabaya
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Country Cluster General Manager. He/she will develop and deploy group and local HR programs for the production sites end supervise each site's HR Manager
• Upgrade the development program of key talent for career growth, retention and talent acquisition for strong employee engagement
• Working closely with the various business units, your focus will be on building capabilities within the organization. You will be responsible for the learning and development strategies to build and enhance the right capabilities for individual and organizational excellence
Requirement:
• Graduate degree with good life experience, mature, a good listener and strong People skills
• Experience in HR at managerial level of at least 5 years
• Fluent in English, proactive and very open to change and creatively
• Exposure to MNC practices, appraisal and compensation tools will greatly assist in the learning curve
• Strong experience in whole cycle of learning & development, from building learning and development framework, facilitating competency mapping, performing training needs analysis to creating learning solutions

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Surabaya
Responsibilities:   
• Reporting to the Operation Manager, -he will lead production operations in line with plant objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery), Working with his teams (production. Quality, planning). He will have to work closely also with other departments such as Logistic, Maintenance, Engineering, Continuous Improvement.
• With the full support of his teams to meet the target, he will show his capability to manage the change
Requirement:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, with min 7 years experience in manufacturing
• Oral and written fluently in English, strong leadership and organized , communication skills, good motivator, fast working and working under pressure.
• Be a good role models for employees in term of discipline, work attitude and achievement oriented
• Knowledge on Tooling, Flexo printing, 5S, DMAIC, experience mechanical production machines are an advantage
• Must have experience in shopfloor management, machine layout
• Successful candidate should be willing to be posted in Surabaya, East Java

REPORTING AND FINANCE ANALYST
Surabaya
Responsibilities:   
• Reporting to Finance Controller
• Conduct and monitor the general finance analysis on company operations
• Analyze and Report to Management the variance of budget operation
• Collect the relevant data from other dept and report to the group by weekly
• Prepare the company's annual budget and monitor the result regularly
Requirement:
• Bachelor in Accounting from reputable University
• Male with age between 30 to 35 years old
• Good communication, fluent in English both Oral and written include presentation skill
• Excellent in MS Office and familiar with accounting software (SAPMFG Pro)
• Self motivated and able to work independently and as the team

TAX SPECIALIST
Surabaya
Responsibilities:   
• Reporting to Finance Controller
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
• Male or Female with age 30 to 35 years old
• At least having 5 years experience dealing with the Tax office
• Hold brevet A and B certificate
• Fluent in English both Oral and written
