BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
The successful candidate will be responsible to meet periodical sales target and build professional network with new clients while maintaining existing ones. He/she will be working closely with clients to implement marketing strategy, transfer product knowledge and company image, and be responsible for account receivable collection.
The applicant must possess a good communication skill, self-motivated, honest, and passionate about cat and dogs, willing to learn and grow, able to work under pressure with tight deadline, having a sales background, like new challenges, flexible and a strong team player. He/ she must enjoy and is willing to travel.
Candidates that are fluent in English, having a veterinary medical degree, and a good network with cat and/or dog community are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skill (MS Office programs) is required. Maximum age: 40 years.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES (CS)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and inquiries from clients He/she has to provide a prompt response to customer needs such as managing customer complaints, providing essential product information or processing a purchase order.
The applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate for dogs and cats, and a strong team player. He/she must be able to apply good Bahasa Indonesia and must know basic computer skills (MS Office) Fluent in English and good experience in customer service is considered as an advantage. Maximum age: 35 years.
