1. Product Evaluation & Assessment Supervisor (PEAS)

Job Purpose:
• To evaluate new crop varieties, technology and chemical active ingredients through a series of reliable and quality of on and off-farm trials, data collection and analysis based on approved protocol.
• To provide information & recommendation on crop varieties, technology & chemical active ingredients to commercial team & to give other technical supports to related business unit for successful product commercialization.
• To be a coordinator for scientific reports of trials as well as developing knowledge dedicated to hybrid development or product biology in assigned region.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Sarjana or Master Degree in Agronomy, Crop Protection, Biology from reputable universities.
• Have good knowledge on agronomy and pathology/entomology of designated crops.
• Able to manage and` conduct field trials and adhere to health, safety and environmental principles.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and abroad.

2. Junior Phytopathologist (JP)

Job Purpose:
• Assist in developing disease screening projects
• Standardize new screening protocols and execute them properly.
• Conduct disease screening trials in polyhouse & field; record observations, conclude the resistant sources.
• Help in plant disease diagnosis; attend to plant disease complaints from commercial and production team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Sarjana or Master Degree from reputable universities.
• Has basic knowledge on Plant Pathology, Plant Protection, Lab work, disease identification, screening techniques plant disease management.
• Understand the principles of statistics and data management.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and abroad.
